Air Conditioning Technical Center (AC Tech) provides the training technicians need to excel on the job. Our faculty presents a total systems approach to training, emphasizing comfort through performance and equipment efficiency. We provide the practical knowledge of theory and physics that technicians must have to maximize their diagnostic skills and to meet the challenges of our rapidly evolving industry.

Our program is over 50 years old. On October 11, 1949, we were registered with the state of Florida as an apprenticeship program. Our educational ties run deep.  Along with the state of Florida, we are proud of our affiliation with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Broward County Public Schools, the Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship, the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, the Mechanical Contractors Association of South Florida, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America  and the Mechanical Service Contractors of America.
